LM336BZ-5.0/NOPB Description
Precision 5.0V shunt regulator diodes are what the integrated circuits LM136-5.0, LM236-5.0, and LM336-5.0 are. These monolithic IC voltage references function as a 5.0V zener with a 0.6 dynamic impedance and a low temperature coefficient. The LM136-5.0 has a third terminal that makes it simple to tune the reference voltage and temperature coefficient.
