INA3221AQRGVRQ1 Description
The INA3221AQRGVRQ1 is a three-channel high-side current and bus voltage monitor that supports I2C and SMBUS. Shunt voltage dips and bus supply voltages are both monitored by the INA3221AQRGVRQ1, which also has adjustable conversion times and averaging modes for these signals. For each channel, the INA3221AQRGVRQ1 provides both critical and warning alerts to detect several configurable out-of-range circumstances.
The INA3221AQRGVRQ1 detects current on buses with voltages ranging from 0 to 26 volts. The gadget draws 350 A (typ) of supply current and is powered by a single 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply. The INA3221AQRGVRQ1 has an operating temperature range of –40 to +125 degrees Celsius. Four programmable addresses are available on the I2C and SMBUS compliant interface.
