CSD15380F3 Description
CSD15380F3 is an N-Channel FemtoFET? MOSFET. This 20-V, 990-m, N-Channel FemtoFET? MOSFET is designed and tuned to fit into small spaces in a variety of handheld and mobile applications. Switching speeds are increased by using ultralow capacitance. The low capacitance lowers noise coupling in data line applications. The MOSFET CSD15380F3 can replace typical small signal MOSFETs while also significantly reducing footprint size.
