CDCV850IDGGG4 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 2.5V. LVTTL, SSTL-2 is designed as this clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Approximately 2.7V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.3V is recommended for safety reasons. There are 2.3V~2.7V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with SSTL-2 logic levels. This electronic component can be classified into PLL Clock Driver. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 48 bits. The related electronic parts of part number CDCV850 are listed below. There are a number of 48 pins that are available on the clock generators. Electronic frequency generator can handle voltages up to 2.5V. A Clock Drivers clock generator is essentially what this device is. The frequency synthesizer features 10 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. The maximal same edge skew (tskwd) can not be exceeded. This clock generator belongs to the family of 850. At 140MHz, frequency synthesizer achieves high efficiency.
