Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 1GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.375V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
