TR250120T Overview
The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk for safety reasons. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. There must be no temperature above 85°C for this thermistor to function. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. It is possible for PTC thermistors to provide voltages of 60V when they are operating. For PTC thermistors, 3A is the current. Heat produced by PTC thermistors is rated as 1W. In PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 3A.
