MINISMDC150F Product Details

MINISMDC150F Overview

It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -40°C. Ensure this thermistor is working at 85°C by keeping its operating temperature below that. PTC thermistors are terminated at 2. As a result, PTC thermistors may supply 6V voltage at all times. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 6V. Thermal resistance should be 800mW when PTC thermistors are used. A PTC thermistor should not have a current higher than 100A. This thermistor has been rated at 6V in the DC circuit.
