MINISMDC150F12 Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape as a safety measure. Temperature -40°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. This thermistor must not operate above 85°C in order for it to work. A PTC thermistor could provide 12V voltage when operating. thermistors have been rated for 12V in DC circuits. When PTC thermistors produce heat, they should be at 800mW.
