MC36221 Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 6V voltage. The thermistor can theoretically supply 6V voltage when working. These thermistors are rated for 6V voltage in DC circuits. PTC thermistors should not have a current greater than 100A. For reliable performance, this thermistor should supply a voltage of 6V. In the DC circuit, this thermistor cannot supply a voltage greater than 6V. These thermistors have a maximum voltage rating of 6V in the DC circuit.
