MICROSMD005F Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 30V voltage. These thermistors are rated for 30V voltage in DC circuits. PTC thermistors should produce 1W heat.
