HAL3727DJ-A Overview
To protect the linear position measuring sensors, they are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this electronic component. In order to make sure that the angle position sensors function properly, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -40°C. A measurement sensor used to measure angle position must not operate above 170°C.
