HAL830UT-A Overview
The linear position measuring sensors are packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages to protect them from damage. Electronic components are packaged in the Tape & Box (TB). Angle position measuring sensors can be kept at -40°C by setting the minimum operating temperature. Sensors measuring angle position cannot operate above 170°C.
