STM32F101T8U6 Description
The STM32F101xB and STM32F101x8 medium-density access line family includes the high-performance ARM? Cortex? -M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 36 MHz frequency, high-speed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 128 Kbytes and SRAM up to 16 Kbytes), and a variety of enhanced peripherals and I/Os connected to two APB buses. Each device has one 12-bit ADC, two I2Cs, two SPIs, three general-purpose 16-bit clocks, two I2Cs, two SPIs, and up to three USARTs.
The STM32F101xx medium-density access line family operates in a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C and a power supply range of 2.0 to 3.6 V. A wide variety of power-saving modes enable the creation of low-power applications.
