STL128D Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 10 @ 2A 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 18V.Collector current can be as low as 4A volts at its maximum.
