STGP15H60DF IGBT Description
The STGP15H60DF is a member of the H series of IGBTs, which offers the best balance of conduction and switching losses for high switching frequency converter efficiency. A sophisticated proprietary trench gate field-stop structure was used to create the device. In addition, a slightly positive VCE(sat) temperature coefficient and a very tight parameter distribution make paralleling safer.
