The ST10F269Z2T3 is a member of the ST10 family of 16-bit single-chip CMOS microcontrollers from STMicroelectronics. It combines high peripheral functionality, improved I/O capabilities, and high CPU performance (up to 20 million instructions per second). Additionally, it offers high-speed RAM, single-voltage Flash memory, and PLL-generated clocks on the same chip.
