SRK2001A Overview
A package of Tube contains it. Due to its small size, it is included in the 10-SOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is mounted in the same way as Surface Mount. It is important that the temperature is kept at -25°C~125°C while functioning. In Secondary-Side Controller, Synchronous Rectifier, it is a good choice for its exceptional performance. Due to the low 4.5V~32V supply voltage, the system is capable of high efficiency. It has a base part number of SRK2, which can be used to locate similar components. Currently there is 35mA current being supplied to the system.
