2ST2121 Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 80 @ 1A 5V.Single BJT transistor means that Ic is at Single BJT transistors maximum value (saturated), so the vce saturation(Max) is equal to 3V @ 800mA, 8A.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 6V for high efficiency.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 25MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 17A volts.
