This program uses the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Strip external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.08% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.There is a part with 3 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~85°C TA.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 500μA.Surface Mount is the best fit for this application.There is a voltage output of 2.5V at the lowest point.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 2.7V~12.6V voltage input.This machine runs on 35μA volts of supply current.
