A handy SOT-23-6 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.1% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Applications with 10mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 4.5V~40V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.During operation, it uses a current of 650μA as its supply current.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is SOT-23-6.
