SL2309SC-1 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations.
