SI8519-C-ISR Product Details

SI8519-C-ISR Overview

Safety measures are taken to protect the current sensors by putting them in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. The devices are protected from damage by the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Ideally, these current sensors should supply a maximum current of 7mA. The current supplied by current sensors should not exceed 7mA. It is important to make sure these current sensors work at temperatures higher than -40°C. Nevertheless, the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be set to 125°C.
