SI8513-B-GM Overview
Safety measures are taken to protect the current sensors by putting them in 12-VFQFN packages. As a safety measure, the current sensors are packaged inside the Tube to prevent damage to the devices. These current sensors should supply 7mA current at their maximum. It is recommended that current sensors do not supply a current greater than 7mA. Currently, the sensors have 12 terminations. The current for which the current sensors have been designed is 20A. As far as the current sensor is concerned, it has 12 pins. As a result of their operation, the current sensors could supply 5.5V voltage. In order to ensure proper operation of current sensors, the minimum voltage should be set to 2.7V. There are 12 pins on this electronic part.
