SI8516-C-IM Overview
Safety reasons require that the current sensors be placed in 12-VFQFN packages. It is designed to protect the current sensors from damage by packaging them in the Tube. It is recommended that these current sensors supply a maximum current of 7mA. There should not be an increase in current supplied by current sensors above 7mA. To ensure proper operation of these current sensors, the operating temperature cannot be below -40°C. Nonetheless, the maximum operating temperature for the current sensors should be set to 125°C. In the current sensor design, 20A is the current for which the sensors are designed. This current sensor contains 12 pins. As long as the current sensors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 5.5V.
