SI8503-C-IS Overview
In order to ensure safety, the current sensors are placed in 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages. As a safety measure, the current sensors are packaged inside the Tube to prevent damage to the devices. It is important that current sensors do not supply more current than 7mA. A 20 termination is present on the current sensors. A current sensor is designed for a current of 20A. As far as the current sensor is concerned, it has 20 pins. In operation, the current sensors could produce 5.5V. During operation, these current sensors are capable of supplying a voltage of 3V. This electronic part has 20 pins.
