SI8501-C-IS Overview
The current sensors are put into 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages for safety protection. Current sensors are packaged in the Tube for protection. No more than 7mA current should be supplied by current sensors. Currently, the sensors have 20 terminations. The current for which the current sensors have been designed is 5A. It has 20 pins. As long as the current sensors are functioning, they may supply 5.5V voltage. During operation, these current sensors are capable of supplying a voltage of 3V. There are 20 pins on this electronic part.
