SI8513-C-IS Overview
The current sensors are put into 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages for safety protection. Current sensors are packaged in Tube in order to avoid damage to the devices. The current supplied by current sensors should not exceed 7mA. There are no terminations on the current sensors. There is no current for which the current sensors have been designed. A current sensor like this has 20 pins. It is possible for the current sensors to supply 5.5V voltage when they are operating. The current sensors are capable of supplying voltages of 3V while in operation. The electronic part has a pin count of 20.
