SI5395E-A10911-GMR Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 64-TFLGA Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing.
