SI5394L-A-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 44-TFLGA Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing.
