SI5335D-B05334-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
