SI5394B-A11054-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
