SI5335B-B04283-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
