SI5335D-B02141-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
