SI5384B-D11002-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 56-VFLGA Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 3 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C TA should be set. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
