SI5350A-B05288-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
