SI5340D-B-GM Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. 44 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
