SI5348B-D08034-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
