This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
