SI5345A-D04313-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 64 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
