SI5345D-B-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 350MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel.
