SI5345C-B-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. With ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
