CDC950DGGG4 Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL works with 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CMOS, HSCL logic that can be used with this clock generator. A Clock/Frequency Synthesizer is a classification for the electronic part in question. It is a 48-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. The related electrical components for the base part number CDC950 can be found below. There are 48 pins that are available on the clock PLL. The maximum supply voltage that analog clock generator can handle is 3.3V. This clock generator can be classified as a kind of Clock Generators in general. Clock PLL is configured with 12 output. By operating at a frequency of 133MHz, RF synthesizer is able to reali133MHze high efficiency. In this case, we have a 2-element clock PLL that performs well in the absence of jitter.
