SI5345B-D10042-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage.
