In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
