SI5335D-B06341-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
