SI5345B-D10023-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
