SI5335D-B06917-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
