It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power.
