SI5341A-D10452-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V.
