SI5345B-D09098-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
