As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
